Facebook and Microsoft have a problem and this is because their verification for new accounts and identities is much too lax. If I can't get it back nobody should get it back and that includes the hackers. I have made a report to our Data Regulator and I am doing all that I can to freeze and compromise the hacked accounts. So right now I feel like screaming at Microsoft and Facebook because they are not listening! They are contributing to a whole industry of hackers who claim they can get back you into your account for a premium or hold your account to ransom until you pay them back. Obviously, I cannot show recent emails because these would come from the hacker. I have tried and tried to tell Microsoft that it is not me but all Microsoft are interested in are the recent emails. I sent a request to Facebook only to see that the hacker had somehow got back on to that social media account and had re-directed all two-step verification to the hacked Hotmail account. What do you know about two weeks ago, I could not get into my Facebook account. I deleted on the social media that I had access to with my phone number my new email address and deleted the hacked addresses. The address used to be tied to my phone number and my social media. My Microsoft Hotmail account was hacked 12 years ago and because Microsoft was as useless then as they are now, I did what I could and that was to inform my contacts that I was no longer using the Microsoft address.

Thank you!ĮDIT (09/28/19): Thanks to the beauty of reddit, a moderator from r/Microsoft created another ticket and personally saw to the completion of my request. I have read on reddit before of people solving their issues this way due to the visibility of the posting. I have been a supporter of microsoft since I have been a child and I would love some support in return. All I want to know is that someone from Microsoft is actively working on this issue. They filled out a global escalation form on my behalf and told me to contact microsoft support if they have not reached out to me in 24 hours. It has now been 24 hours and still no response. I have called Microsoft support over 10 times and only once has anyone been helpful. Everytime I go to sign into the account, it forces me to reset my password but because I do not have access to the hackers account, I cannot send a verification code to it. Therefore, the hacker was able to change some of my privacy settings and change the two factor verification to a temporary email instead of my cell phone. My Microsoft account was compromised along with the email I use to log into it.
